But what’s turning just as many heads overseas is the debut of the CLA Shooting Brake—Mercedes-Benz’s first-ever electric station wagon. With its sweeping long-roof design, the Shooting Brake combines sporty sophistication with everyday practicality, marrying the brand’s unmistakable styling with electric performance.

From the front, the CLA Shooting Brake shares its design DNA with the sedan—featuring a wide grille, distinctive lighting, and a full-width front light bar. Under the hood—or rather, beneath the floor—the CLA Shooting Brake is built on an advanced 800-volt architecture and features an 85-kWh battery pack. Two electric variants lead the charge:

• CLA 250+ (RWD): 268 hp, ~400-mile estimated EPA range, 0–62 mph in 6.8 seconds

• CLA 350 (AWD): 349 hp, ~386-mile estimated EPA range

Both versions offer a two-speed rear axle transmission for enhanced efficiency and performance at both low and high speeds. And with charging speeds of up to 320 kW, you’ll spend more time driving and less time waiting.

The One That Got Away (For Now)

Unfortunately, the CLA Shooting Brake won’t be making its way to U.S. dealerships. Mercedes-Benz has confirmed that only the CLA sedan will be available stateside—leaving this stylish wagon a European exclusive.
