Had a problem with a 2016 mercedes. Part was not available for a few days. Provided with a comprabable loaner car for free and when the part was delayed by the supplier gave me labor free which was not requested or needed by me. When the car was available i was given an additional credit for future service of $150. They went above And beyond what ever could be expected.

We were traveling in our Sprinter based RV when we had a mishap on the highway. We ran over a piece of tire on the road and it put a hole in our gas tank. Our roadside assistance service wanted to tow us to a nearby town that could repair it in a few days to a week.
